Tele-Viper is a fantastic figure. He introduced us to COBRA having purple. Big, stocky peeping tom. Head sculpt is one I got off eBay in 2014. Body is a stocky Ace, clothes are BBI SWAT that I added pockets to, generic boots and I made the purple vest and scanner. Backpack was provided by my boy GRIPS Customs.
