The Anti-Heroes are GI Joe's equivalent of the Dreadnoks. Mercenaries who work under the table and are not "officially" employed by the government. They are used to do questionable task that would be improper for the military to take credit for. They are especially skilled at diversionary tactics and misleading the press.
